My one and a half year old daughter is crazy about the cauliflower pasta sauce. We make it together on a weekly basis. The ingredients are simple, and it’s quick to make. First, you steam the cauliflower florets. While those are cooking, you cook some chopped garlic in a bit of olive oil for flavor. Then, the florets and garlic are combined with milk and cheese in the Baby Bullet blender to create a silky sauce that goes great with pasta. Make sure the pasta is chopped very small for your baby to eat. Chopped pasta is great finger food!
Cauliflower Pasta Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped into florets and steamed
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 shredded cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet and add the garlic. Cook over low heat until browned.
- Add the steamed florets, garlic, cheese and milk to a Baby Bullet pitcher and blend.
