Banana and Blackberry Puree

You can start feeding your baby this recipe as early as four months old. But if your baby has chronic eczema or a food allergy, make sure to talk to your doctor first. Berries have a misconception of being a top allergenic food even though they aren’t, but do watch out when you feed them to your little one as they can still cause allergies. My motto has always been to feed a new food to your baby for three days in a row. If you do not see a reaction then that means your baby does not have an allergy to that food.
This recipe is fairly simple. Just pair banana mash with any fruit your baby likes. For my daughtwe I combined it with blackberries. For some reason babies don’t mind the seeds in the blackberries. But if you are worried about them, just strain the puree before feeding.
