I love the age when babies begin to sip through a straw because they tend to eat more than being spoon fed. It’s my favorite way to get more nutrients into my little one’s body. I love this smoothie because it’s the perfect breakfast/snack drink that will keep them full and satisfied. It’s naturally sweetened and you could easily add spinach to this to make a green smoothie version! It is also not just for babies–toddlers and big kids will love this too!
Baby Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 Tbsp whole oats, or you can use oat baby cereal
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk of choice, can use formula or breast milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Baby Bullet and blend until creamy. Serve immediately or freeze into popsicle molds for a yummy treat!
